These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Pink Dandelion (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Pink Dandelion service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. SERVICES OFFERED
Pink Dandelion provides wellness-based services including, but not limited to:
Online coaching sessions.
Workshops, events, and group programs (online and in-person).
Memberships and subscriptions.
Digital products, resources, and educational content.
All services are provided for personal development, education, and wellness purposes only.
2. COACHING DISCLAIMER
Pink Dandelion services:
Are not psychotherapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, or medical treatment.
Do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.
Do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
If you are experiencing severe mental distress, suicidal ideation, or are at risk of harm, you must seek immediate support from emergency services or a qualified health professional.
3. ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS
a) Booking & Attendance
Sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and private environment.
Sessions are delivered via third-party platforms.
b) Recording
Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed to in writing by both parties.
c) Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that results from coaching are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
4. WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & GROUP PROGRAMS
Participation in group settings is voluntary.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments.
You are responsible for what you choose to share.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Photos, videos, or recordings may be taken during events only with consent for marketing or educational use.
5. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership access is granted for the duration of your active subscription.
Payments are charged on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
a) Payments
All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
b) Refunds
Coaching sessions, workshops, events, and digital products are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
c) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Pink Dandelion, including but not limited to; written materials; videos and recordings; worksheets; frameworks and programs; website and social media content. Is the intellectual property of Pink Dandelion and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
However:
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.
Online platforms carry inherent security risks.
You are responsible for maintaining privacy on your end.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pink Dandelion is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in our services.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
You agree to release Pink Dandelion from any claims arising from your participation.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if:
These Terms are breached.
Behaviour is unsafe, unethical, or disruptive.
Continued engagement is not aligned with our scope of practice.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & LINKS
We are not responsible for the policies, security, or functionality of third-party platforms used to deliver services or linked within our content.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to Australian jurisdiction.
