Who We Are

Pink Dandelion is a practitioner-led women’s coaching and wellness space dedicated to structured, meaningful personal growth. We provide 1:1 life coaching and wellness consultations, multi-session programs, workshops and community experiences designed to support clarity, confidence and sustainable behaviour change.

Our approach bridges the gap between knowing what you want and actually getting there, combining evidence-informed frameworks with practical accountability and support. Every service is grounded in professional training across human behaviour, social systems and personal development.

Our work is guided by five core pillars: Community, Purpose, Growth, Compassion, and Integrity. With online sessions and active community engagement, we help you take action at every stage of your journey.

Pink Dandelion provides personal development and life coaching support, and does not offer psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or crisis care.

Find your people, share your journey and grow together.

Our Founder

Pink Dandelion was founded by Khanya, a Master of Social Work graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Business & Society. And years of professional experience working directly with women and families across allied health and community services in Perth, Western Australia.

Khanya’s work is grounded in evidence-informed practice and human development. And draws on social work frameworks, behaviour change theory, and strengths-based practice to help women gain clarity, break limiting patterns and build habits that are sustainable.

Through Pink Dandelion, Khanya is building a wellness space that integrates coaching, community experiences, workshops and practical tools for long term growth.
