Coaching & Online Sessions

  • Online coaching sessions are one on one or small group sessions designed to help you set goals, gain clarity, and take action in your personal development and wellness journey. These are coaching focused, not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

  • You can book sessions directly through our website using the booking system. Sessions are scheduled in advance and are typically conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed in writing. This ensures your privacy and confidentiality.

  • You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

  • Coaching and therapy are both supportive services, but they serve different purposes.

    • Coaching focuses on your goals, actions, and personal growth. It helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and create practical strategies to achieve the life or wellness outcomes you want. Coaching is future-focused and solution-oriented.

    • Therapy (counselling, psychology, psychotherapy) focuses on healing past experiences, mental health, and emotional challenges. It often addresses deeper patterns, trauma, or clinical conditions, and may involve diagnosing or treating mental health disorders.

  • Pink Dandelion offers coaching and wellness support, not therapy or counselling. If you feel you need therapy for emotional or mental health concerns, our coaching services may not be the right fit. It’s important to prioritise support that directly addresses those needs before or alongside personal growth and coaching work.

  • No, all sessions are online.

Workshops & Events

  • We run workshops, events, and group programs focused on wellness, personal growth, goal-setting, and mindset development. These can be online or in-person.

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable. In some cases, tickets may be transferable to another person with prior approval. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

  • Sharing in group settings is voluntary. While we foster a safe space, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments.

  • Personal photos for private use are fine. Any official recording or photography for marketing will be done with consent only.

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships cannot be paused. You may cancel at any time and rejoin in the future. Any exceptions are offered strictly at our discretion and must be requested in writing.

  • Memberships are billed automatically per your chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually) via a secure third-party payment system. You must keep your payment details up to date.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Digital Products & Resources

  • Digital products include guides, templates, worksheets, and online programs designed to support your wellness and personal development journey.

  • Due to their nature, all digital products are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

  • All digital content is protected by intellectual property laws. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
