Membership Policy

These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all Pink Dandelion memberships, subscriptions, and recurring programs, including free community access and paid tiers.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Membership access is provided for the duration of an active subscription.

Pink Dandelion offers:

Free community membership: access to basic community features and select content.

Paid membership tiers: access to premium content, resources, workshops, and additional benefits as outlined at the time of subscription.

Pink Dandelion may update, modify, or remove content at its discretion.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually as specified).

Payments are processed automatically via a third-party payment provider.

You are responsible for ensuring payment details are current and valid.

Free community membership does not require payment and may be terminated by the member at any time.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Paid memberships can be cancelled at any time via your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Free community membership may be cancelled at any time with immediate effect.

PAUSING MEMBERSHIP

Pink Dandelion memberships do not include automatic pause or freeze options.

Members may cancel their subscription and rejoin in the future.

Any exceptions are offered strictly at our discretion and must be requested in writing.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Members are expected to engage respectfully within any community spaces.

Pink Dandelion reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if behaviour is:

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate

In breach of these Terms

Misaligned with the values or safety of the community

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All membership content is for personal use only.

Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.

TERMINATION

Pink Dandelion may terminate a membership at its discretion.

Termination does not entitle the member to a refund.

Termination of a free community membership ends access immediately.
