GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, all purchases with Pink Dandelion are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Online coaching sessions.
Workshops and events.
Memberships and subscriptions.
Digital products, programs, and resources.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS
Payments for online coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling is subject to our Cancellation Policy.
WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & PROGRAMS
Tickets and registrations for workshops and events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferable at our discretion (must be approved in writing).
Pink Dandelion reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary. In such cases, you may be offered a credit or refund.
MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused time, missed content, or early cancellation.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.
