Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all online coaching sessions, workshops, events, and services provided by Pink Dandelion.
ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Failure to attend a session (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with full payment still required.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Workshop and event bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another person or future event (subject to approval).
Pink Dandelion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds or credits are issued for unused membership time.
PROVIDER CANCELLATIONS
If Pink Dandelion needs to cancel or reschedule a session or event:
You will be offered a reschedule, credit, or alternative arrangement.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion where appropriate.
